  • Electrical Engineer for Operations and Maintenance

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the full range of electrical services maintenance programs for facilities, equipment and machinery, in accordance with Company standards focusing on safety, quality, reliability, and economy.

    Regular activities will include -
    • Preparation of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for transformers, motors, telephones, CCTV equipment, and sound system
    • Monitoring, testing,  and analysis of electrical equipment performance, and conduct of surveys and safety audits
    • Maintenance and analysis of historical records of repair
    • Coordination with contractors and tenants on repair of electrical facilities and evaluation of service reports
    Qualifications
    • Licensed Electrical Engineer
    • Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in building/facilities management, ideally in a mall or retail environment
    • Good appreciation of project and cost management
    • Proficient in AutoCAD MEP
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, organised with keen eye for detail
    • Team player and customer-oriented

  • Admin Assistant

    The successful candidate will provide administrative support in fleet management, facilities maintenance and procurement functions of Group Human Resources and Admin.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Manage vehicle procurement, maintenance, repairs and disposal.
    • Update maintenance records, registration renewal, insurance and monitoring/ payment of fuel cards.
    • Review and process payments of all utility and office maintenance bills.

     

     Qualifications

    • College graduate
    • 2 years experience in office admin work, with good understanding of fleet management and liaison work
    • Solid time management and prioritising skills
    • Creative problem solver, able to listen and communicate clearly
    • Strong computer skills particularly MS Excel
    • Knowledge in auto- mechanical work
    • Driving skills ideal, but not necessary

  • Software Marketing Executive

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the production and delivery of the marketing campaigns in alignment with business goals. He/she will –

    • Work with 3rd party vendors and internal departments to produce marketing materials in line with creating long-term branding for the main product and services.
    • Improve and  maintain the company’s website and conduct periodic reviews to ensure accuracy of content, relevance and timeliness.
    • Conduct market research and analyses related to the ERP market in the Philippines.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent
    • 3+ years experience in handling and delivery of marketing campaigns preferably in an IT company
    • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
    • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
    • Resourceful, innovative and creative.
